Cheese Omelet




Cheese Omelet
Protein: 2 Eggs, Processed Cheese
Carbs: 3 Native Tomatoes, Spring Onions
Flavor/Fat: Milk, Olive Oil, Salt


Directions:
1. Chop onions and tomatoes, cube the cheese.
2. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add splash of milk and sprinkle over salt.
3. Lightly fry tomatoes and onions in pan with olive oil
4. Put veggies and cheese in the bowl with whisked eggs.
5. Pour contents of bowl in pan.
6. Turn over, serve.
